What will happen if my items are out of stock?
If for some reason we are out of stock of any of the items you order, we will send the bulk of the order and endeavour to send the balance as soon as possible. If you do not wish us to keep back orders for you, please indicate this at the time of ordering.
How can I pay?
We accept most major credit/debit cards and all transactions are processed through Sage Pay using 'secured by Sagepay' server
How is my order delivered?
Small packages are sent via Royal Mail with proof of purchase obtained
Larger or heavier items (over 2Kg) and goods of higher value are sent via Parcel courier as this enables us to insure your order
How quickly is my order delivered?
We aim to process all orders within 48hours of receipt and deliver between 2 – 5 days.
How do I use a discount code?
Simply enter the voucher code in the discount code box when checking out, click on apply and the discount will be deducted.
