Shipping & Returns

Our postage and packing rates are based upon three zones (UK, Europe and Worldwide).
 
To ensure that we keep the shipping costs to a minimum we aim to include any other small items you may have ordered within the same parcel.

Please refer to the following table of shipping costs for each zone. Please note that the shipping prices displayed here are exclusive of VAT.

We aim to process all orders within 48hours of receipt, but if for some reason we are out of stock of any of the items we will send the bulk of the order and endeavour to send the balance as soon as possible. If you do not wish us to keep back orders for you, please indicate this at the time of ordering

Small packages are sent via Royal Mail with proof of purchase obtained

Larger or heavier items (over 2Kg) and goods of higher value are sent via Parcel Force as this enables us to insure your order

We aim to deliver between 2 – 5 working days, however we cannot be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery

We accept no resposibility for the non-delivery of goods, we obtain proof of postage for any package sent and will assist you in any way possible, but a claim for loss should be made to the Post Office.

The Mulberry bush – Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your products, you can return them to us for a refund within 30 Days of purchase

Please contact us for a returns number and send the goods back to us, all goods and packaging must be in a resalable condition

In the rare event that goods are faulty, we will either offer you a replacement or a refund

Please note that you are responsible for any postage fees incurred for returning items that are not faulty and the safe return of goods is your responsibility, we strongly advise that you obtain a free certificate of posting from the Post Office when returning your goods to ensure that you are protected if the parcel fails to reach us

In line with European Directive ‘Distant Selling Regulations’ you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of the time that your order was placed, should you wish to cancel then please email us with your order number and reason for cancellation

Please note however, that our postage and packing charges are non-refundable, and that unless faulty, you will be liable for the cost of returning goods
