Delivery is charged as priced on each order. Your order will usually be sent first class via Royal Mail. If a courier is used it will generally be sent on a next day delivery. Once you have placed an order we will endeavour to dispatch it on the same day. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and return costs.
If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.
All quoted delivery prices are for most UK mainland addresses. Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles, Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays.
We will only deliver goods to the address on the order.
Free Click and Collect - Place your order by 7pm today, and we will have it ready for you to collect after 11am tomorrow. This service is available from our shop in Thatcham, Unit 3A The Barns, Lower Henwick Farm, Thatcham RG18 3AP
All orders over £50 will be delivered free of charge. All other orders will incur a standard £3 delivery charge
If you are not completely satisfied with your products, you can return them to us for a refund within 30 Days of purchase.
Please contact us for a returns number and send the goods back to us, all goods should be returned in original packaging and condition.
In the rare event that goods are faulty, we will either offer you a replacement or a refund.
Please note that you are responsible for any postage fees incurred for returning items that are not faulty and the safe return of goods is your responsibility, we strongly advise that you obtain a free certificate of posting from the Post Office when returning your goods to ensure that you are protected if the parcel fails to reach us
In line with European Directive ‘Distant Selling Regulations’ you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of the time that your order was placed, should you wish to cancel then please email us with your order number and reason for cancellation
Please note however, that our postage and packing charges are non-refundable, and that unless faulty, you will be liable for the cost of returning goods
